Guest Ratings & Reviews
Stunning hotel with a charming decor that transports you to a magical setting. Great attention to detail in the rooms but small and dark. The service is outstanding with attentive staff providing historical insights. Perfect location in the heart of the vibrant medina. Dining offers fresh and delightful meals, but limited options. Good value for money overall.
Staying at the Riad was like stepping into a scene from an ancient Moroccan tale. The rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. The lunch served on our last day was a delightful farewell treat before we headed to the airport.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel as it provided a charming space with everything needed in the rooms, albeit the location being a bit deep inside the old city. The service was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making the stay very pleasant. The location was superb, offering easy access to the bustling Place Des Epices and delightful Hammam experiences, although navigating the narrow alleys could be tricky. The dining was delicious with a variety of Moroccan teas, and the facilities were top-notch.
I fell in love with this hotel! It's a gorgeous 200-years old traditional building beautifully decorated in a traditional style. The staff were extremely kind, explaining everything in perfect English, providing great advice for exploring the city, booking a hammam for us, and even arranging our airport ride. The location is lovely, very central yet pleasantly quiet, close to all the city's attractions while soaking in the medina ambiance. The dining was amazing, with a peaceful roof terrace, making it hard to find a better place to stay. However, the property's exterior isn't the most beautiful sight, and a more varied breakfast menu could add more excitement.
I absolutely loved my stay at Riad Al Mamoune! The rooms are beautifully decorated in a clean and neat traditional Moroccan style, making me feel instantly at home, although they were a bit small. The service was impeccable with lovely and super attentive staff who went above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. The location is ideal, close to main attractions yet tucked away for a quiet retreat. The dining experience was amazing, especially the fresh orange juice and selfmade cakes. Overall, a cozy and comfortable riad with exceptional service and delicious dining options.
